d) Post to Marlin Rosettes, Tregavithick Farm, Lansallos, LOOE, Cornwall. PL13 2PY. List your order clearly or email us to for an order form.

We will then invoice you for you to either pay securely on line or post a cheque.

(We appreciate some orders are too complicated to make use of the order form. Also you may find it easier to list requirements clearly on an email or letter. To create your own lists please read the help below to include all we need to know)

WHEN ORDERING PLEASE STATE CLEARLY

• Shape of rosette. i.e. round or oval
• Rosette Range ( i.e. Ascot, Derby etc.)
• Number of tiers required
• Colours of each tier (be clear to state inner to outer tier)
• Colour of centre board
• Motif or wording in middle of centre board and wording around the outside
• Fixing required. i.e. brooch pin or bridle hook. ( All stock rosettes are fitted with brooch pin fixing)
• Wording for blocked tails if required
• Quantity of each
• State dispatch address, contact address and contact telephone number
• When the order is needed by *

* NB. VERY IMPORTANT. This may not necessarily be your actual show date. Please make sure you give the date you want to receive the order. Often at our busiest times your order may not reach you until the date you have given us. Please allow 21 working days for your order to be processed

Minimum order is £20.00 excluding p&p In our less busy times we may be able to help with small orders.

DELIVERY CHARGE (POST & PACKAGE)

POST & PACKAGE cost will be kept to a minimum using Royal Mail or courier service, whichever the cheapest. Costs are liable to change depending on courier offers available at the time of dispatch.

As a rough guide these are very approximate estimates within the UK
1 box of 50 Stock Rosettes £4.45
100 X 2- tier rosettes £9.25
60 3-tier rosettes £9.25
Large orders not exceeding 25kilos is approximately £12.99

We are always happy to arrange 'next-day' delivery for emergency orders where we can.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All orders must be prepaid prior to manufacture unless specifically agreed beforehand
  

• No responsibility for errors relating to telephone orders will be accepted unless the order is confirmed in writing prior to the commencement of the manufacture of the order.

• All invoices are strictly 30 days net after which a surcharge may be charged.. No VAT is applied.

• All overseas orders must be paid in Pounds Sterling by Bankers Draft all costs are the customers responsibility.

• All prices are exclusive of Postage and Packaging which will be charged. We reserve the right to determine the most suitable method of despatch.

• No responsibility for shortages, errors or damages will be accepted unless they are reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.

• We reserve the right to refuse an order or part of.

• All measurements are approximate and descriptions on both web site and brochure are for guidance only.

• All printing blocks, including those for which a contribution to the cost is charged, remain the property of Marlin Rosettes.

• In certain circumstances we reserve the right to substitute materials/shades although we will do our utmost to match suitably.

• It will be the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any motifs specified do not infringe copyright

• We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notification.
